Monthly Board Meetings: The board of Trustees holds regular meetings which are open to the public.  All regularly scheduled meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 6:00 pm. Other special school board meetings are called throughout the year as needed with the times and dates announced. All meetings are held in the Calvert School Cafetorium located in the main building.

Notice of Intent to File - Application for Places 1, 2 and 3 on May 4, 2024 Regular School Board Election
The filing window for a place on the May 6, 2024 Regular Election for School Board Member is January 17, 2024 until February 16, 2024. 
The office hours are Monday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Tuesday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Notice of Intent to File - Application for Place 5 on May 4, 2024 Special Board Election
The filing window for a place on the May 2024 Special Election for School Board Member is January 17, 2024 until February 22, 2024.
The office hours are Monday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Tuesday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Important 2024 Election Dates:       

December 19, 2023 - Deadline to post notice of candidate filing deadline
January 1, 2024 – First day to apply for a ballot by mail
January 17, 2024 – First day to file for a place on the General Election ballot
February 16, 2024 – Last day to file for a place on the General Election ballot and Last day to Order General Election or Election on a Measure
February 20, 2024– Last day to file as a Write-In on the General Election ballot
April 4, 2024 – Last Day to register to vote for May Election 6, 2023 Election
April 23, 2024 – Last Day to apply for ballot by mail (Received, not postmarked)
April 22-30, 2024 – Early Voting – 8AM-5PM at Vote Calvert Fire Station
May 1 & 2, 2024 – Early Voting – 7AM-7PM at Vote Calvert Fire Station
May 4, 2024 – Last Day to Receive Ballot by Mail (by 7:00 p.m. if envelope NOT postmarked); May 8, 2023 –  Last Day to Receive Ballot by Mail (by 5:00 p.m. if envelope IS postmarked)
May 4, 2024 – Election Day at Vote Center Locations 7:00 a.m. -7 p.m.
