Monthly Board Meetings: The board of Trustees holds regular meetings which are open to the public.  All regularly scheduled meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 6:00 pm. Other special school board meetings are called throughout the year as needed with the times and dates announced. All meetings are held in the Calvert School Cafetorium located in the main building.

Notice of Intent to File - Application for Places1, 6 and 7 on May 2, 2026 Regular School Board Election

The filing window for a place on the May 2, 2026 Regular Election for School Board Member is January 14, 2026 until February 13, 2026.  The office hours are Monday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Tuesday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Important 2025 Election Dates:       

December 16, 2024 - Deadline to post notice of candidate filing deadline
January 1, 2025 – First day to apply for a ballot by mail
January 15, 2025 – First day to file for a place on the General Election ballot
February 14, 2025 – Last day to file for a place on the General Election ballot and Last day to Order General Election or Election on a Measure
